Sampel air kolam yang diuji adalah sumber air, kolam induk, kolam benih, dan kolam pendederan. Uji Kualitas Air yang diuji adalah Parameter Logam Berat (Pb, Cd, Hg) dan Mikrobiologi (Escherichia Colli dan Colliform).
